I bring a grounded, relational approach to therapy. I’m not here to diagnose and direct—I’m here to connect, listen, and walk alongside you. Whether you’re feeling lost, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps, I believe therapy should feel like a meaningful dialogue—not a mechanical process.
Therapy isn’t just for crisis—it’s for building a stronger foundation. I support individuals navigating emotional pain, life transitions, or a sense of feeling stuck. Many of the clients I work with are in that in-between space—no longer children, not yet fully established adults—grappling with anxiety, stress, or lack of motivation. Others show up unsure of exactly what’s wrong—just knowing they don’t feel like themselves. Whether you’re searching for clarity, trying to regain momentum, or exploring deeper meaning, therapy offers a space to slow down and reconnect.
– Anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation
– Loss of motivation, identity, or direction
– Grief and personal loss
– Navigating transitions and future planning
– Men’s mental health and emotional expression
– Goal setting, values alignment, and performance mindset
I integrate humanistic and mindfulness-based practices, drawing from CBT and psychoeducational tools. Therapy is always shaped by who you are and what you need.
Many of the individuals I support are referred by parents who see potential—but also see their loved one feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to take those next steps into adult life. I offer a calm, empathetic presence and work to build trust, emotional awareness, and motivation from the inside out. My goal is to create sustainable momentum and long-term growth—not just short-term fixes.
Originally from New Jersey, I earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in psychology from The College of New Jersey in 2019. After spending time in a corporate environment in finance, I felt called toward work that felt more personal and impactful. That shift led me to complete my Master of Social Work at Fordham University, with a concentration in mental health and trauma.
I’ve supported clients from a wide range of backgrounds, and my early professional experience includes working in an intensive outpatient program, where I provided therapy and psychoeducation around emotional wellbeing and personal growth. That work shaped my approach to be trauma-informed, emotionally attuned, and culturally aware.
Outside of therapy, I stay active in competitive athletics. I played collegiate tennis and currently hold a national ranking in platform tennis. As Director of Rackets at a club in Cherry Hills Village, I continue to coach and mentor young athletes—often blending those experiences into my clinical work when relevant.
“If you’re not in the moment, you’re either looking forward to uncertainty or back to pain and regret.” — Jim Carrey
