Adam Krolicki

Hello! I’m Adam Krolicki

RPT, CAS, ADS

How can someone truly help you with addiction and recovery if they have no experience with addiction themselves? I’m Adam, and I can help you because I’ve been there, too. I’m in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol. I know personally that asking for help is one of the strongest things you could ever do. Addiction is an adaptation, and I believe you don’t have an alcohol or drug problem; you have a solution! I know what it means to manage the struggles that come with addiction, such as cravings and triggers. Dealing with addiction is not about “what’s wrong with you?” but “what happened to you?”

My goal and ambition for everyone I see are to help find true meaning and deep purpose in your daily life. Your past doesn’t have to define your future, and you have the power to make the change and live an authentic and rewarding life. Your struggle doesn’t have to be your identity. No one can do the inner work for you, but you also don’t have to do it alone. I take an empathic and action-based approach to do the deep self-work necessary to heal those extensive emotional wounds. Give me a call because it’s time to put YOU first.

Dealing with addiction, depression, or anxiety is not about “what’s wrong with you?” but “what happened to you?” Alcohol abuse, drug addiction, and mental health issues are the outward projection of extensive emotional obstacles. These behaviors are ineffective solutions and adaptations to help manage what has happened in your life. They are merely symptoms of a more profound internal struggle, and you have the power to make the change. My goal and ambition for everyone I see is to allow yourself to gain an internal locus of control over external influences in life and help find true meaning and deep purpose in your daily life.

I believe you don’t have an alcohol or drug problem; you have a current solution to your problems. I can help you because I’ve been there. I’m in long-term recovery from addiction, and I know asking for help is one of the strongest things you could ever do. I know what it means to manage the struggles that come with addiction, such as cravings and triggers.
