“You are infinitely precious. You have always been enough. You will always be enough. There is no place you don’t belong. You are loveable. You are loved. You are love.” – Martha Beck
When life feels overwhelming, it helps to talk to someone who truly sees you—someone who listens without judgment, meets you where you are, and helps you find steadiness in the storm. I’m a licensed professional counselor with over two and half decades of experience supporting adults through life’s most challenging transitions. I bring a calm, grounded presence to my work and a wealth of life experience—from navigating divorce and parenting to working with individuals in the criminal justice system. I know what it’s like to rebuild, to rediscover yourself, and to grow through pain. My goal is to help you do the same—in your own time, in your own way.
I believe healing happens in a space of trust, safety, and authenticity. My work is relational and client-centered—designed to support you, not fix you. I draw from a range of trauma-informed techniques including EMDR, mindfulness, EFT/tapping, and transpersonal psychology, along with traditional approaches like CBT, Gestalt, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Whether you’re facing grief, betrayal trauma, anxiety, or the weight of a life transition, I offer steady support and tools that foster emotional regulation, insight, and healing.
I’ve worked in group homes, jails, community mental health centers, crisis response, and private practice. Each experience has shaped the therapist I am today—steady, intuitive, and present. Personally, I’ve moved through major life shifts, including the end of a 20-year marriage, and the complex joys of parenting. These lived experiences don’t define me, but they do inform the way I show up. I understand what it means to be in the middle of it and still choose to heal. My goal is to offer that same possibility to you.
Life doesn’t always offer clear answers—and neither does therapy. But what it can offer is space: space to breathe, to untangle, to feel, and to begin again. Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. Some are carrying grief that lingers quietly. Others are healing from betrayal or wrestling with transitions they never saw coming.
What I bring is a calm, steady presence. I meet you where you are—not with judgment or a quick fix, but with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your process. My role isn’t to push you—it’s to walk beside you. We’ll take the work one step at a time, and together, we’ll begin to make room for clarity, connection, and change.
I offer in-person sessions in Englewood, Colorado, as well as telehealth across the state.
When you’re ready to start a new chapter—or even just pause long enough to reflect and breathe—I’m here to support you. Let’s find the calm in the chaos and begin the work of healing together.
